Sourcing, Vetting, and Onboarding a Managed Review Services Team within Twenty-four Hours Over the Winter Holidays​

Challenge

Our client, a full-service law firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan, faced an urgent document production request. They needed a partner who could provide an experienced team of contract attorneys to meet their pressing business needs, emphasizing the critical nature of their request.

Solution

The law firm was referred to Beacon Hill Legal. The client called us on the morning of December 29 with the timeline, details on the nature of the case, and the number of documents that needed to be reviewed. Based on their needs, we recommended the appropriate team size.

We started working on their request immediately, and within two hours, we provided twenty-five licensed document review attorneys and one project manager. The contract attorneys we placed were all individuals we had placed before, so they had a proven track record of success with other clients. They were also familiar with working remotely using our secure Citrix environment.

Achievements

We formed a solid partnership and fostered high trust with this client. Our project manager did an amazing job managing the workflow, talent, quality control and daily reporting for the client, which helped take some of the workload off the attorneys’ plates at the firm.

Ultimately, we streamlined processes for this client and successfully and thoroughly reviewed documents while managing the entire document review process.
