As Division Manager of Beacon Hill Life Sciences' Indianapolis office, Samuel Orem leads a team dedicated to helping pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, and research organizations attract and retain top scientific and technical talent throughout the Midwest.

Samuel partners with organizations ranging from emerging biotech companies to established industry leaders, providing contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions across quality assurance, validation, engineering, manufacturing, laboratory operations, and clinical research functions. Known for his relationship-driven approach, he works closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition leaders to understand business goals, navigate hiring challenges, and deliver talent with urgency, quality, and long-term success in mind.

Over the course of his career, Samuel has built lasting partnerships with many of the region's leading life sciences organizations, supporting critical hiring initiatives and growth strategies across the industry. He is actively involved in the Indiana life sciences community through organizations such as Indy BioBridge and enjoys connecting professionals, organizations, and industry leaders across the region's rapidly growing life sciences ecosystem.

Samuel holds a bachelor's degree from Hanover College, where he studied Health Studies and Business. He is passionate about helping organizations build exceptional teams while creating meaningful career opportunities for life sciences professionals throughout the Midwest.
