This role will support approximately 3-4 attorneys and is focused primarily on real estate transactional matters. Real estate transactional experience is strongly preferred. However, candidates with strong law firm legal secretary experience and transferable skills will also be considered. Litigation cross-coverage experience is preferred.<\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\"> <\/div>\n<div><strong>Title:<\/strong> Real Estate Transactional Legal Secretary<\/div>\n<div><strong>Location:<\/strong> Las Vegas, NV 89148 (100% Onsite); if converted to a direct-hire position, the role will be eligible for the firm&#8217;s hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).<br \/><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP<\/div>\n<div><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday &#8211; Friday, 8:00 AM &#8211; 5:00 PM, PST<br \/><strong>Compensation: <\/strong>$36.54 &#8211; $38.91\/hour, depending on experience<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Support approximately 3-4 attorneys with real estate transactional matters.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and revise legal documents and assist with closing document support.<\/li>\n<li>Handle Secretary of State filings, DocuSign processes, and recording documents with the Recorder&#8217;s Office.<\/li>\n<li>Provide litigation support and cross-coverage as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting real estate transactional attorneys strongly preferred;
